Merge Data from Two Online Services?

I’ve gotten myself into two separate subscriptions – one to Ancestry.com and one to MyHeritage.com.  Now the question is – how do you combine the information from the two separate trees? Manually typing everything would be very boring and would take months, not to mention the inevitable transcription errors.  Has anyone tackled this before?

Brilliant question. I have a similar problem but because I have tested DNA with Ancestry, 23 and me, My Heritage, Family Tree DNA mine is slightly bigger.
I have found that the best thing to do is to check with each site and find out whether you can update by importing a Gedcom or whether you need to create a new, revised tree.
I haven't yet started tackling this issue for some as I am wary of starting a new tree and removing the old.
